Stillwater Springs Condominium Community |
| | | Stillwater Springs is an attractive residential condominium community located in Fruitport Township, between the village of Fruitport and the Lakes Mall. The community is just south of I-96, with entrances off Kendra Rd., Sheridan Rd., and Mt. Garfield. The Stillwater complex is beautifully-landscaped with a pond and swale waterway system, elaborate walking trails, extensive wooded areas, gazebos, docks, bridges, benches, and more. The 105 condominium buildings are carefully sited so that each unit has pleasing views and maximum privacy. Phase One construction of the Stillwater Springs community was implemented by developer, Ron Stroup, in 2003. Phase Two was begun in 2005, and the final phase, Phase Three, was begun in 2007.
